Welcome.  I apply my 35 plus years of experience to assist  adults, adolescents, and children who are seeking happier, better balanced lives.  My approach is accepting, hopeful, creative, and sometimes humorous. I adjust my approach according to my client's needs, preferences and age.  Therapy always addresses happiness, balance, personal growth and success. To reach this end, I have experience addressing:

Depression, Anxiety, ASD (Asperger's) OCD, Grief, Stress, Couples Issues, Addictions, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Physical Abuse, Parenting issues, Single parenting, Blended Families, Academic Struggles, ADHD, Children Coping with Divorce, Sexual Identity and Orientation Questions, and Aggression.

I am greatly influenced by both Adlerian and Positive Psychology. Within this framework sessions may include elements of cognitive therapy, behavioral therapy, play, art, role playing, and exploration of existential themes. I use an Adlerian approach to child / family therapy. This approach is the basis of the popular "Positive Discipline" series. I also use Lifespan Integration Therapy.
